We would like to welcome new members and thank everyone for their membership renewals.
Mudjimba Residents’ Association general meeting was held on Tuesday night – 7th February 2017 in the Community Hall (41 Cottonwood Street, Mudjimba). We have had around 25 people attending. Thanks to everyone who came and also we would like to extend a warm welcome to all new members who has join MRA.
Unfortunately Cr Jason O’Pray wasn’t able to attend but we have submitted these questions awaiting his responses. To be updated asap.
On the Agenda:
- Membership Renewals – All residents of Mudjimba & surrounding suburbs, whether owners or tenants, are welcome and encouraged to join the MRA. The membership for the year cost symbolic $5 per person, please send money to the MRA’s bank account, pay at one of our bi-monthly meetings or do it online from our website.

Committee Member Nomination Form – Our AGM is coming up in April, please use our nomination form to nominate for committee positions which become vacant at the AGM. You may nominate yourself or another person into one of the four executive positions. If nominating another person, please have them sign this form.

ResDev Subcommittee Report

MRA and ResDev has made its submissions to assist with the review of Queensland’s Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act) and Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act). Find our more. The consultation paper is also available.
The first part of the meeting finished around 9:15pm. The committee continued for another 30min with the general business.
The MRA meetings are held the FIRST Tuesday of every second month @ 7.00pm in the Association’s Community Hall located at 41 Cottonwood Street Mudjimba. Next meeting will be on 4th April 2017 @ 7pm. All welcome.
